Tell us which artists you want for your event and your ideal date. No commitment required at this stage.

We check availability

We contact teams directly to confirm the artist is available and right for your event.

We send the offer

Once availability is confirmed, we submit a formal offer with date, fee, production and event details.

Confirmation

Artist teams typically respond in 3–7 business days. Once accepted, the show is locked in and we move to contracting.

Show day

We handle logistics, production, and day-of coordination with the artist so the event runs on time and as planned.
